Thanks for your kind respond,
I did all of the in a higher place methods but still the same,
1. I have chrome, opera, firefox and IE version 11
2. my skype and messengers working but no webbrowsing (seems http is non working )
iii. the message is " This page deceit be displayed"
4. Yep I tin can non do any browsing on any of the browsers
five. Yes I tin download and Install windows updates
6. Microsoft Security Essential
vii. No organization changes, Merely I guess subsequently uninstalling Hotspot Shield program which is a anti filtering software ..this issue showed upwardly ...
so I gauge this program might have damaged some files, that browsers can not point out to the webpages ... or might have damaged some registry keys ... or take stopped some services ?
Is there a software to repair my registry and windows files ?
(Windows seven ultimate 64bit )
By the way, I fifty-fifty can not ping the websites from CMD

Thanks for the respond, I have washed all steps no event
What i have noticed is that WINHTTP Web Proxy Car Discovery Service has stopped
and whenever i want to beginning it ..
I get this fault " Error2: The arrangement cannot observe the file specified.
How tin can i supplant the missing service
